Greetings

Session II of our Semi-Private yoga classes starts next week! Sign up ASAP--these classes are limited to maintain a more individualized structure. See below for class details! 

We want to make sure you get the most out of your yoga class. Before signing up, we have a few things to keep in mind.

For the Gentle Yoga class: Students should be able to stand, sit on the floor, and lie on their backs and stomachs for periods of time. We will work on balancing while standing (with or without assistance), and strengthening and stretching through floor exercises. We will not move up and down quickly, and props are encouraged! We will also practice meditation and breathing techniques.

For the Beginner Yoga class: We will focus on the foundations of a happy yoga practice and learn how to avoid yoga-based injuries. Students will move up and down quickly sometimes and should also be able to stand, sit on the floor, lie on their backs and stomachs for periods of time. We will work on balancing while standing (with or without assistance), strengthening and stretching through floor exercises, and prop are encouraged! We will also practice meditation and breathing techniques.
