We are excited to announce that we are officially offering Yoga classes 2 times per week here at Issa PT! We did our best to take into account dates, times, and type of classes that worked for most of our clients, bought some brand-spanking-new Yoga mats, and now we are ready for YOU!

SCHEDULE:

Tuesdays, 12:00-1:15: Gentle Yoga

  *This is an all levels class that goes at a slower pace with movements that are more subtle and sustained for a bit longer. There is no rapid up and down flow, but you might be surprised that though it is a relatively simple class, it’s not easy! Each class will have aspects of Yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama (breath work) as well.

Thursdays, 4:00-5:00: Beginner Yoga

  *This is an all levels class that will focus on how to build a safe and effective asana (movement) practice, introduce beginner Yoga philosophy, meditation, and pranayama (breath work). This is for the complete novice and also the seasoned practitioner who feels they could use a refresher on the fundamentals of Yoga.

PACKAGES:

  • Beginner Yoga 6 Week Immersion (6 classes, 1 time per week): $150
  • Gentle Yoga 6 Week Immersion (6 classes, 1 time per week): $150
  • BOTH Packages (12 classes, 2 times per week, to be used concurrently): $240

     Class size will be limited to 5 students. A smaller class invites more freedom of movement, self inquiry, and more one-on-one attention from Christa (should you desire it). When you commit to a package we encourage you to come to all 6 or 12 classes as they do not transfer over into another week should you miss one.
