    Good news!

Due to popular demand our in house massage therapist and Yoga teacher, Christa, is expanding her hours here at Issa PT! Starting on June 4th, you can book massage, Thai massage, and one-on-one Yoga and meditation sessions with her Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:30-5, Wednesdays from 12-7:30, and one Saturday a month (usually the first Saturday).

    Christa is proficient in many different styles of massage, often blending styles together during a session to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience tailored to your individual needs.

   As a Yoga teacher, she encourages alignment in mind, body, and breath using many different props and techniques to aid in your personal Yoga journey.

    One-on-one Yoga is perfect if you want more personalized attention, have more broad questions about Yoga philosophy, want to dive deeper into the meditative aspect of Yoga, or simply don’t care for a class setting. She firmly believes that Yoga is for EVERY BODY (not only the ‘flexible’ people) - we can all benefit from the varied aspects of a well rounded Yoga practice. She is a certified 200 hour level Yoga Alliance teacher, a certified Yoga of 12 Step Recovery Community Leader, and a teacher and co-creator of the The School of Philosophy and Movement 200 hour Yoga teacher training.
