Greetings

Another week of 2020 is in the books! Can anyone believe it's been 2 months since this whole thing started? It's hard to believe. I hope the days are getting easier for you. Overall, they are for me... not always the case though. ;-) 

A lot to celebrate and to be thankful for this week.

The happiest thing that happened for me this week was seeing the results of my 30 Day- Get Lean During Quarantine Challenge. 

I lost 8lbs (down to 174.6 from 182.8) and lowered by Body Fat percentage by 2%. The change in numbers is great, but what's most important is how I feel. I feel lighter, more energetic, stronger, and less inflamed. Plus my clothes are fitting looser... who doesn't like that!

So much has changed for me in a positive way this past month. Eating cleanly, drinking water consistently, exercising daily, taking supplements, and getting adequate sleep were all part of the equation. I have failed many times before at getting back into shape... that's why I joined a program.

Personally, I think it is the trust in a program that has been shown to be effective and the discipline that the accountability affords is what made the difference for me. Thank you to my wife Cheryl, Dr. Nancy Miller-Ihli,  and to all of you for holding me accountable. 

I'm so happy I decided to push myself to get back into shape. I vowed that I would be a better version of myself post-COVID than I was pre-COVID. I'm seeing true to that. I'm not done yet though, I'm shifting to the next program (Rapid Results) and I can't wait to see how I look and feel after 8 more weeks!

Clear Focus + Consistent Action = Results! 

I spent some time in the yard and garden this past week as well. New grass is coming in. I planted some wildflowers and sunflowers along a fence line in our backyard. The vegetable garden is growing nicely and we are enjoying eating the lettuce and kale that has grown.  

Another great thing that happened this week was hosting the Virtual Happy Hour and Q&A last Wednesday. We all had a great time and people got their questions answered. It was also great to see how proactive and positive people are choosing to be at this difficult time. I would like to keep this going, so the next one will be scheduled for the first week in June
