I hope you got my email last week with the links for the back/spine exercises, healthy computer habits, and wellness recommendations (yoga, tai chi, meditation). It was a long one, but I think there is a lot of helpful information in there.

Someone from the call asked me for the handouts, so I decided to share them with everyone. Here are the links for the presentation handouts.

I just got my FitBit Recap for the week in my email inbox (see below). I love how it tracks the data. This helps me stay positive and know that I'm on the right track. The circled items are due to the direct action I have taken in the past couple of weeks. If you look at it closely you will see a huge increase in my weekly steps over the prior week. That was only because my Fitbit band broke and I didn't use it most of that prior week. I thought it would be fun to share.

Hopefully, you were able to put to the test some of the recommendations I suggested in the call last week and from the email I sent. If so, what did you change and how is it working for you? I would love to hear what positive steps you are taking to help yourself.
