Greetings

Good afternoon and Happy Easter!

I hope you are doing well. The days are starting to blend from day to day and it's hard to believe that it's been a month now since most of us have shut it down.

I was able to attend a couple of Zoom discussions this week centered around helping people with their health and wellness questions. I learn a lot about what people are struggling with right now. I wasn't entirely surprised given how much time people are spending sitting and working from home. What I heard from others was the basis for my blog for this week.

What Do You Think Is The Most Common Pain Problem That People Are Facing Right Now?

In it, you will find some helpful information regarding spine care and computer ergonomics.

On a personal note, trying to keep up with my health routines. It's a daily struggle. I'm no different than anyone else but I still strive to do my best. I also spent a lot of my free time this week gardening and planting... one of the positive side-effects of this whole thing.

A couple of things that I'm doing this week to help the ISSAPT community:

  1. Telerehab
    • If you want to talk with me about anything you are dealing with, I'm available by phone and online. My online Telehealth is a super easy and HIPPA secured system. I am available to talk this week (click the link anytime during the day this week to see if I'm available) or email at issa@issapt.com to schedule a time that works for both of us.
  2. 30-Day Jumpstart Program
    • In an effort to hold myself accountable, I'll be participating in a Get Lean During Quarantine program that will start April 13th (not a hard date). It's a 30-day jumpstart 'get healthy' program. Let me know if you would like to join me and I'll send you some more information about the program. You can email me at issa@issapt.com

Lastly, I want to share with you a quote from one of my favorite writers. I thought it was fitting given this time.

"Finish every day and be done with it… You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. To-morrow is a new day; you shall begin it well and serenely, and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense."

--Ralph Waldo Emerson

I hope you and your family are doing well. Enjoy the weather!

Be Well,
