Tamer S. Issa, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, has recently earned the title of Certified Manual Physical Therapist from the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).  NAIOMT is dedicated to the advancement of orthopedic manual physical therapy in the United States.  Currently, there are only a handful of physical therapists in the DC Metro area that have attained this manual physical therapy certification. This level of certification requires extensive advanced course work, rigorous written, oral, and practical exams and case reports.
