The Brettzel

This is one of my favorite exercises. It addresses so many things at once. Targets many of the things that people need. Great for improving thoracic and lumbar spine mobility, hip flexor and quad flexibility, posterior hip flexibility, fascial restrictions, abdominal muscle relaxation, respiratory facilitation and more.
