Functional Movement Screening Event on

Saturday- January 25th
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns that form the basis of the complex physical tasks required for training and daily living. By testing your stability and mobility in a variety of positions, our physical therapists are able to identify functional limitations and asymmetries in the way you move. These asymmetries can lead to ineffective training and a greater risk of injury. By learning your individual movement profile our experts can identify a personalized set of corrective exercises to help you train smarter and safer.
