In 2010, we started implementing a 25% discount for patients not submitting to insurance. Four years later we are changing the discount rate to 20%. This only affects patients who do not have insurance or who are not submitting to their insurance. As much as we would like to maintain the 25% discount, as a practice, we must change this rate to 20% in order to continue to provide quality physical therapy services to our valued patient base. We apologize for any inconvenience or negative financial repercussions this may have. We value you as our patients and want to continue to maintain an open line of communication and feedback with regard to policy changes.

Effective as of January 1st, 2014 our discount will be 20% instead of 25%.
