Understanding and Preventing Low Back Pain
Back pain is the leading cause of disability in Americans. It affects 60-80% of our population and is the second most common reason why people visit their doctor. In fact, each year 13 million people go to the doctor with complaints of back pain. However, utilizing good body mechanics, good sitting posture and maintaining strength of the low back muscles can be prevent most back pain.
