Lateral lunges

Physical Therapy in Bethesda and Olney for Hip

Face forward with your feet hip width apart.

With the right foot, take a large step to the right bending into a lunge, while keeping your left leg straight.

Keep your chest and torso lifted, and don’t let your right knee bend forward past your right toes.

Push through the right leg and heel to return to standing.

Hold and repeat as advised by your ISSA PHYSICAL THERAPY & WELLNESS Physical Therapist.
