Physical Therapy in Bethesda and Olney for Hip

Stand tall while holding onto a firm support in your left hand.

Swing your right leg directly out to the side, with your toes pointing forward.  Hold and lower to the ground with control. Be sure to keep your torso upright and not hike the hip.

Hold and repeat as advised by your ISSA PHYSICAL THERAPY & WELLNESS Physical Therapist.
